（中央社記者黃兆平波士頓11日電）總統馬英九「久揚專案」今近中午抵達波士頓國際機場，美國在台協會理事主席薄瑞光、駐美代表沈呂巡及波士頓辦事處長賴銘淇等人接機，波士頓警方前導禮遇，直驅下榻的查爾斯飯店。
數百名僑胞在查爾斯飯店歡迎總統。馬總統下午將訪母校，發表演講及與師生座談，一償總統任內訪問哈佛大學的宿願！
這也是繼前總統李登輝訪問康乃爾大學之後，第2位台灣總統，以校友身份訪問母校。
